Hi Dysartes. Just finished taking a look at the WIP Ver.2 for the AMTL list. I have one question: Where has the Capital Imperialis gone. I've been deployed in the field on exercise and have had a few taskings lately, so I have not been able to keep track of the Epic AMTL forums, but I thought with the speed increase of +5cm we would be seeing it in this version. From the old Form: This is intended as a list of changes which will be occuring in the next version of this list. If something is missing, don't panic - I may not have gotten to it yet. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1, Collector's Models section added - stats need discussion, as well as a completed set of Counts As items. 2, The following added as upgrades for the Battle Titans: Carapace Landing Pad - Replaces 1 Carapace weapon. Any weapons with BP values gain the Indirect Fire ability. - No charge for the upgrade. 3, The following units to be added. 0-1 Marauder Destroyer formation - 2 Marauder Destroyers - 450pts Unit: Marauder Destroyer Type: Aircraft Speed: Bomber Save: 5+ CC: N/A FF: N/A Weapon - Range - Firepower - Notes 3 x Twin Autocannon - 45cm - AP4+/AT5+/AA6+ - Fixed Forward Arc Twin Heavy Bolter - 15cm - AA5+ - Twin Assault Cannon - 30cm - AA4+ - Fixed Rear Arc 2 x Twin Underwing Missiles - 45cm - At5+ - Fixed Forward Arc Bomb Racks - 15cm - 2BP - Fixed Forward Arc Notes: 2DC, Crit: The Marauder Destroyer is destroyed. 4, Unit stat changes: Capitol Imperialis - Speed increased to 15cm. Reaver titan chassis - A typo change, but it should only explode on a 5+. Mole Mortar - Speed reduced to 10cm. Gun changed to following profile: 30cm - 1BP - Indirect Fire, Disrupt 5, Titan weapon changes Tactical Weapons Melta Cannon - Should have "Extra Attacks (+1) added after "Titan Killer (1)" in the small arms profile. Vulcan Mega Bolter - 45cm - 6 x AP3+ / AT5+ 6, Structure changes or unit renamings Current "Support choices" to be renamed as "Auxilia". Knight Support to be renamed "Households" Titan Escort to be renamed "Skitarii Centuria" "Command Knight" to "Seneschal" "Skitarii Commander" to "Skitarii Tribune" 7, Units Removed Tarantula Rapier Laser Destroyer 8, Other Changes biff's 50% tactical system adopted 9, Formation Cost changes Alter Mobile Field GUn Battery to 150pts | |

I had the stats in the list we downloaded about a month ago ... but I'm sure it will be put back in ! Yes, I remember that pic ! I've had my CI for over a decade ! At the way things are going ... a new CI may be only a hope ...

I remember that pic too! ? ?You're right Tas, who couldn't love the CI with a pic like that! I bought mine about 15 years ago. A new CI would be great, but I don't anticipate that happening.By the way, welcome, Mat! |

Now that I think of it ... I got my CI in '90 ! Whoa ! It's been 15 years !  And yes, Welcome to the Show, Mat ! Who were you on exercise with ? I suggest all new members fill out the data link with a little intell about yourselves so we get to know a little about the newer members of our Epic Cult !

I just finished filling out the reaminder of my Pers info. We deployed as part of a training staff for a Combined Arms Team Commanders Course. It is basically a course designed to evavluate future Coy/ Sqn commanders on different tasks. This will be my "first generation" of Epic. Really enjoy the AMTL and love the CI. Mine came to me a couple of months ago. Cannot get over the size of it Epic scale. Would love to see Forge World do one for 40K. That picture is amazing! Mat: |
