Here's the AMTL 3.23 release. With this release, barring us not passing the checks for approved, development will be shifting to the Skitarii and Cataphractii lists. This means that there will only be maintenance releases to fix any errors that crop up.

Changelog:
Ark Mechanicus increased to 200 points.
Ark mechanics weapons: 2x pinpoint attacks OR Orbital bombardment
Plasma Destructor: 75 points, 6x MW2+, Slow firing 75cm

Skitarii Demi-Century increased to 200 points
Forge Knights increase to 250 points
Forge Knight Squadron renamed Forge Knight Maniple
Recon Platoon renamed Recon Cohort

Errata:
All Thunderbolt weapons should read fixed forward.
Thunderbolt was listed as Fighter, should be Fighter-Bomber.

Yes, it's gonna be great to close this chapter. Hopefully we can approve 3-4 lists during this year in total. Great to see develoepment going forward again.

Guys. We may have a problem. It seems that not all of the Bristol reports count because of the lists played against and, although we have enough total reports that we still have 18, they are too dispersed to work. Since I've already got one from you, Speaker, do you have time to do a few more reports using 3.23?

Can the Bristol guys or anyone else whose got some time and can contribute to wrapping this up?

It will be two weeks before I can get another game in.

Ffs... Maybe the powers that be can give the list a little leeway...? Or is sticking to strict protocol more important than letting the game grow?

A little leeway is fine, but given the lists that the games from the Bristol group weren't NetEA that's a sticking point and a little became a lot. EpicUK IG and Ork lists are close enough to count, but not the others.

I'll see if I can find some time; Real Life is unpleasantly busy at the moment.

I'm keen to try the new PDs and the Ark, though, and would like to see how my beloved dual-quake warlord works now, as well.

What matchups are needed/desired?

Any, but against IG, Orks, and Eldar would be good.

This seems overly picky and unnecessarily petty! :(

Epic-UK lists are well balanced and should be fine to playtest against. Can we change the rules for reporting so that they are valid please? I'm sure the community would overall approve and getting lists tested and in the tournament pack is better than unnecessarily slowing things down and not counting lists a considerable subset of the community use or play against (and not just those in the UK, Mark here in NZ prefers and uses the Epic-UK Necron list).

One report, vs Ork Warhorde:
http://sdahl.net/~sdahl/whepic/20140611/

Testing the new 6-shooters (PDs and GBs), as well as the old dual-quake Warlord (alas, I knew him well).

It was a win, but mostly on luck. The inidividual formations are overpowering, but the list as a whole definitely wasn't.
