Worth representing in Epic? It looks a bit like a steam train. It relies partially on shields for protection and I have a vague recollection of rules for ramming things but can't be bothered to look it up right now.

There's a full Adeptus Mechanicus army list in the most recent Horus Heresy supplement, I've downloaded a copy but not read it yet. It could be a good idea to bring the Epic AM Skitiarii and Cataphracti lists closer to the official 40k AM list now there is one for the first time.

I'd be keen to see that too.

I had a quick look at the rules. It carries 20, would have walker (Galvanic Traction Drives allowing it to reroll failed difficult terrain tests in 40k), a powerful ram attack and probably a 4+ Reinforced save.

How about the other new Mechanicus tanks, and unit types?

I've seen lots of new infantry & robots, plus a new robot that's as big as a Land Raider, I think.

curiously ugly thing. Haven't had a chance to look at the new list myself, but we should definitely try to pull what we can although somethings will likely overlap roll and might just need name changes.

The central part has some cool shapes going on, but does not sit will with the track style. I can see some merits to the mini on its own, but don't like it within the context of it being ad-mech.

I think it might be worth it. We've finally got a mechanicus specific transport so it could be worth adding to the Skitarii list to either replace chimedons or as an added (and cheaper) option since they hold the equivalent of two stands of infantry. I probably wouldn't represent the ram function in epic, but we could give them improved FF.

Ummm wouldn't that be 4 stands not 2? Haven't paid attention to Skitarii for a bit but don't think walker exists on any of the transports atm so that's distinctive. I'd give it improved CC not FF to represent the interesting propensity for ramming. Again, rather distinctive for transports IIRC.

I expect the cowcatcher in the from is a clamshell. Don't have to worry as much about about it being a bullet catcher as IIRC this thing is shielded, no?

You're right. Misread it to carry 10 units, not 20. However, that thing doesn't look near big enough to hold that many models even if you take into account 40k vehicles being a bit small.

The rules say the big blank circles on the sides of the model are the access points.
