Hey everyone,
I wasn't told I had to make a speech!

I think that E&C has done a great job with the lists thus far and I was a bit reticent to see him step down. There's some pretty big shoes to fill and I hope I can guide the list as well as he has. Failing that, I can format the documents and take pictures. I do have some ideas for the direction of the Titan lists I've bounced off of Rug which I'll detail in a bit, but I don't plan on too many radical changes outside of the Skitarii. While I may be the AC, it doesn't mean I don't need or want the help of the community, so please be active and help out. There's been a lot of ideas floating around the last couple of weeks and some of them mirror thoughts I've had so you might see some familiar things show up. Expect to see a full discussion thread after I finish posting here, and please, keep an open mind!
I'd like to do a quick overview of where things are and where I'd like to see the lists go. First is the main Titan list. This list is pretty solid and I don't see many changes happening unless some glaring imbalance is found and needs to be dealt with. However, one sticking point is the God Machines rule. Right now it's to weak to make a difference and really doesn't have a place. I'd like to see this read:
"If any Scout or Battle Titan formation is destroyed, then any friendly formations within line of sight receive one blast marker."
This should make suicide warhounds less desireable and help emphasize warhound packs. It'll also give armies weaker against titans something a bit softer to focus on that can help break the larger titans or smaller support detachments. I've tested this in quite a few games around here and it's seems solid. However, before making the change I'd like to get more input.
Knight World list:
Morgan is doing a fine job with this so I'm not making any adjustments or changes here. Eventually, there is a possibility of bringing the knight list into the main AMTL pdf for ease of access.
Skitarii:
This is the one that is going to see the most changes and updates. Most of these will be detailed in the coming thread, but I'll do my best to add some interest and variety to the list without killing everyone's collections.
So to close this, thanks, and lets work on some lists!
Aaron
