Changes for 3.19 are relatively minor:
Made Skitarii Demi Century 100pts, and 0-1 per Corvus Assault Pod.
Dropped Ark Mechanicus to 100pts

I find the placement for the corvus rules confusing. The main entry for the corvus is located with the titan descriptions, but the extra speed for the minorus is a couple of pages earlier. I'm also not too fond of the corvus granting a 20cm speed boost. It seems rather extreme and makes for a very fast Skittarii list as well as bringing up the question of why the titans wouldn't get the boost as well. I would prefer that the corvus not grant additional speed and instead give the minorus a natural 20cm speed. That would make it faster than infantry which would benefit them if the pod was taken to transport them and keep the rules from being split up.

Have you given any thought to adding another pinpoint attack to the Ark instead of 1BP? I think that'd let it compete solidly with the Gothic.

That would actually make it fairly great, definitely worth 150pts or more.

Then do it, man! Having a battleship that's cheaper than a cruiser is against the natural order! ;) And it's justifiable with the stats, I believe.

unfortunately it also goes against the order that 2 lances = 1 pp attack. I still think the best option would be to get rid of one or the other. There doesn't HAVE to be two spacecraft.

IIRC Mechanicus ships have extra lances in BFG.
I'm sure someone did the math on this and said that it was justifiable.

I did. They have 2 dorsal and 2 on each side. :) That's 4 on one side, so I think it can work. :)

Are we talking about giving the ship 3x pp attacks or 2x? I always assumed that 2x was where we were.

The 2x shots that was in the reference sheet was a typo, the datafax had the correct 1x shot value.
However I've now been persuaded that the typo should become official. :)

Quick question - which (if any) of the AMTL/AdMech PDF lists are considered "NetEA approved".

I notice that the Eldar lists all have an "Approved"/"Testing"/"Experimental" stamp on them; Is there something similar for these?

In particular, the three most recent AdMech lists (1.13, 2.00 and 2.01) are really very different. It would be nice to have some sort of "maturity" stamp on them to indicate suitability for general tournament use.

That would be a net points change of +25 points for the usual twin-quake+CLP? Sounds good to me.
