Im new to AMTL and printed off the set from the rules section,but ive just read the skitarii list,which one is more upto date???

Where or what rules section did you print off?? AMTL are not in the main rulebook from GW. The most current ATML list would be http://www.tacticalwargames.net/taccmd/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=18647
