with their manipulators it states "+1 extra attacks, macro weapon"
just wanna check if that means just their extra attack is macro or is all their attacks in base contact are macro?

Just the extra attack has Macro status.

|
All weapons with "extra attacks, macro weapon" only give macro to the extra attacks, not the base attacks.
