You may want to get some feedback from Dwarf Supreme and Dave on the Knight list.  We had a giant FFA game after the Northeast Tourney and the Knight list was used.  I can't give too much feedback since the game format was fast-n-loose (4-way battle) but initial thoughts is the Castellans are still overpowered/undercosted (you choose).

I had suggested a reduction in speed of the Lancers and Errants to 25cm and 20cm respectively and bumping the speed of the Baron up to 25cm. Neal chimed in with making them all 20cm but giving Errants and Lancers infiltrators.

I think both would work. 30cm just seemed to fast given that they equal the cost of a Paladin, have the same armour and roughly the same armament. Also, they were never as fast as they are now in TL or NetEpic.  I'm not sure why Destartes bumped them up.

I believe that the void shields were left off the Castellan and the Crusader. On their Quake Cannon, they don't seem too "light" to me. Perhaps downgrading it to be more inline with an Earthshaker (aka 1BP, maybe keep the MW for now) might help in balancing them?

The Skitarri Demi-legion should be named a Quatro-legion.

I think DS thought Sentinels should have a place here, I'll let him confirm. Were they in the Knight fluff?

I looked at the Knight Shield rule recently. Given that it absorbs a TK hit completely there will be instances where something like a Volcano cannon would not destroy a Paladin (it saved) but would destroy a Crusader/Castellan (it rolled a 3 for damage). I just thought that was odd, could the Crusaders and Castellan be given a Knight Shield instead of their Void Shield?

Even though they fill the same role as Aspirants, I would like to see Sentinels included. They fit thematically. Perhaps they could be included with variant weapons.

Dave raises a good point about the Knight shield. It is odd that a Paladin could survive a hit from a volcano cannon, but not a Castellan or Crusader. I don't recall either of them having void shields in the past.

I also agree with Dave that the speeds seem a little fast. Although since I'm the one playing the Knights, I'm not complaining.  :vD

It's a 4+ save that can be taken against a TK hit that will ignore all TK damage if successful. It doesn't work if its a CC TK hit or in a Crossfire.

I played a game with the list. Crusaders did seem a bit fragile when compared to the other knights. An Eldar Phantom titan broke them in one turn. The other knights took losses but were much less effected by it.

Other observations are that units of 6 Errants or Paladins can take a fair bit of punishment and still be effective.

Wouldn't mind the Baron having the same movement as errants as it would enable you to use a Baron more aggressively, attached to errant units rather than only Paladins.

I liked the lancers, powerful but a bit more fragile. In one game they wiped out two Ork infantry formations  with lots of Nobs but in the other I engaged them in range of a Mega Stompa and they were wiped out.

I struggled against titans both an Eldar Phantom and an Ork Gargant but I suppose you really need titans to deal with other titans.

I also seemed to have more activations than both my opponents, nearly twice that of the Eldar army.
