I'm looking at introducing the following changes for version 1.07 of the Skitarii PDF army list:

- Ordinatus Minoris Company increased to 450pts.
- Ordinatus Minoris goes from 175 to 200pts.
- Introduce the Forge Knight.
- Allow 50% points to be spent on Titans.

I expect 1.07 to be the last revision for a while.

Thoughts?
