Post subject:  The Ordinatus Minorus
Greetings all,

Just a quick question for the group.

The Oridinatus Minorus is sort of a tween...its not really a titan class weapon system yet it would appear to be larger than a WE such as superheavy tanks.

I'm wondering if there should be any weapons that it should not be able to carry.

The one that come to my mind is the plasma destructor.

The 75 pt cost to mount one of these on a minorus will probably solve this, but since the minorus seems to be about the size of a warhound and they can't carry such a weapon I'm wondering about allowing the minorus to carry it.

In the fluff even a Reaver can't carry a destructor....and in Apocalyspe the Reaver and the Shadowsword carry weaker versions of the volcano cannon as well.

Just wondering what the thoughts were on this...or if there are other weapons in the list that should be restricted to titans or the Ordinatus Majoris.

Fluffwise, a Minoris is about the size of a Shadowsword, but not as well armoured (Thus less DC and a worse armour save); It's a very slow weapon system with a low centre of gravity, so it can mount the really big titan weapon systems.

In addition, unlike a Warhound, it is only powering one weapon system, unlike a warhound which has to power two, so it has enough power to run a big Battle class gun.

Speaking in a fluffy manner, of course. :)
