What possible upgrades are there?

Just wondering about all the possible things you can think of that add to titans - don't worry about actual abilities, instead just what they are for. Heres some stuff to start it off.

Command options like characters (Vet/senior precepts) that can be represented by modelled options, paint or nowt.
Rubble claws - help with terrain effects
Weapon heads - extra guns/FF attacks
Close Combat heads - extra CC attacks
Carapace Multi lasers - as is
Icons - banners, kill markings, extra large set of ball bearings
Corvus head - same as corvus arm? (personally I would make them both into a combined 'Corvus system' and have various other ports on the Titan like on the legs etc).
Carapace landing pad
Fire con center
'Relay' (allowing other titans to use CLP and fire con centre mounted on a different titan)
Devotional bell - needs a better name, devotional icon? Shrine? etc etc.

I'm a fan of com-uplinks myself. Big ol' satellite dish mounted on the carapace. Usually use it as a CLP, but you could do lots of other stuff with it too!

More general stuff:
Gun Ports, especially on the legs.
Wiring running around the hull painted up like lightning (Electrified hull-plating? Extra Void Shields? Just looks awesome?)

Sadly that's all I've got right now. Try to come up with more ideas later.

I would say addition void shield generators as a carapace mounting.  Especially if we go down the route of upgradable configurations.  Thatway we can make sure only the titans that deserve the etra survivability get it (such as assult titans who need to get across the table) and not those who don't (such as indirect fire quake titans)

Titans need all kind of nice modeling options which should have no effect on gameplay.... =]
Half a dozen weapon choices, half a dozen special upgrades (max one per titan), that is about it.. OGBM
has it the right way - Orks do much more kustoming than Imperium and list is fine with one upgrade per gargant.

IMNSHO of course.

I think youll find that having a princess onboard means the titan get continually bothered by short stormtroopers :p

Considering that the Devotional Bell is just that, a big bell, I suggest we keep the name "Devotional Bell."

Look below the right two Chaos Titan Tails and you will see the Devotional Bell.

Titan Weapon Bits

Since the picture might be deceiving in regards to size, the two bases of the arch holding the bell are as far apart as the holes for the carapace weapons on the old plastic "Beetleback" Warlord.

Now, if you want to have a Devotional Tuba or something I suggest you kit-bash that yourself.   :D
