Why was the Turbo-Laser Destructors and Gatling Blasters range increased from 45cm to 60cm and the Missile Launchers BP from 2 to 3?

Oki only used the Reaver once with the improved stats and he totally owned a Leman Russ Company. (2 turns advancing and shooting, 3rd turn firefight and wiping out all the LemanRusses).
With 45cm and 2BP it would had been a more even fight.

At last this changes opened the can of worms for new names for "scout/light" titan weapons expecially for the Warhound.

It was changed because Titans were pretty undergunned. The change made 'em worthwhile. Tis to date the only change pretty much universally accepted. Check the old epic forum for the discussion and Jervis's answer.
