Actually, we can always say that the third barrel explains the range difference between the Warhound's Turbolaser and the Reaver's Turbolaser. :)

I originally thought that also, but then I realized having a "triple barreled Turbolaser Destructor" would be a problem. ?Think about it.

It is a triple barreled turbolaser though. Nothing we can do changes that...

Is this based upon printed material or your observations?  I know it looks like a triple barreled Turbo-laser Destructor, but I am curious as to what it is being called in printed material, if anything.

I asked the sculptor what it was face-to-face. :D

It was only a temporary rig however, he's not sure if they'll stick with it for a final armament.

Also, we all know that forgeworld makes models according to what they think looks best. Usefulness in-game is secondary to them. They probably mocked-up a twin barrel rig, but decided it looked too skimpy.

As it is, though, I think that the warlord's turbolasers take presidence for us. I don't have a problem with saying the extra barrels on the battle titans provide a longer range instead of an extra shot. Not logical, but good enough to stay consistent.

Well, did the bus get a driver? If not, when will it get its driver?

Well, I'm working on something for AMTL, mainly a "modular weapon system", but it's only in a rather rough state at the moment.

Modular weapons ... You don't mean costing units by the weapons do you? 'Cause that is not a good idea. Much better to tune the current tactical/support weapons.

Nope, not "costing", it's a "tuning" of the current system inspired by re-reading the Adeptus Titanicus stuff.

Go to dysartes.com and ask him for it.

The guy runs a forum named after his net name. :)

True Adepts call it the "Grade System"... but, yeah, it's based on something like that.  *laugh*

Not actual *barrels*, per se, but close.

Has it already been done for E:A?

Don't email Dysartes, I don't think he would be willing to come back and restart what he did, nor do I think it would be the best idea.  If he were to come back he more than likely he will continue on with AMTL 2.0, and I'm not sure that is the best idea.

I'd be willing to step up as Army Champion for the AMTL.  I have been engaged in the development of the AMTL ever since the Army Champion concept started years ago.  I can have an AMTL 3.0 army list ready in about 2 weeks.  It would be similar to a thinned down version of AMTL 2.0, with an eye towards there being 2 sister lists of a Knights World army list and a Tech Guard army list.  There would also be a change in how titan weapons would be handled, with a small number of them changing stats.

In addition, I would like to be the Army Champion for Chaos Titans, with a possible Chaos Titan Legion army list.
