I've been thinking of doing a chaos titan legion for some time. I was thinking of basing it around the large battle titans - as focus points for the warband.

I was thinking of something along the following structure

Battle titans - using Warlord/Reaver stats from BL and the cult lists

support - 1 per battle titan
Undivided formations that be chosen for any titan, specific god formations that have to tie in with the god of its battle titan.
Included in this section would be the various daemon engines, defilers and variants, traitor skitarii, maniples of robots, battle servitors, scout titans
