This my thinking as well.

Yes, I have read HH and I know that Titans have to get to the planet surface somehow, but I really don't see it happening during a game.

Seems more of a "scenario" than a Tournament option to me...

Storm of Iron goes pretty in depth into getting WEs down to the surface.  Definitely not something that would happen in the course of an EA game.
