Something I just thought of after reading Hena's battle report.
Can a Zonathrope make two flak attacks on an aircraft formation in the same turn, if it dies and resawns between the two shots?

I would say yes. It's not really "the same" Zoa in that case. Per the background description, the second Zoa was there all along and was just "awakened" by the nearby synapse in reaction to the battle.

Should of said to begin with that I think the answer is yes. However I don't think it could hurt for it to be mentioned in the spawningrules that the spawned creature is a new one and not the old one (for special rules cases, such as flak attacks and one shot weapons (okay we don't have any but a variant list might))

It really isn't the old Zoa, though it could be I quess if it had gone to ground because of a disruption in the warp, yet it also may not be because it could have been sent by the Hive Mind and grabbed by the local synapse creature, but then again it could also have been a Zoa that went to ground from another swarm on the battlefield who just happened to wandered into the synapse range of the controlling creatures of the new swarm, or even better it could be a Zoa that went to ground in the attack launched the day before, that itself was sent by the Hive Mind to reinforce yesterdays attack which since the Zoa is still wanndering the same battlefield, obviously must have failed or we wouldn't be fighting over the same ground again.
OR
In other words yes it fires twice, but it isn't neccesarily the SAME Zoa doing the shooting.
