Not knowing all that much about the recent nid hub-bub, was there a push to make some of the units "non-symbiotic" in regards to speeds of the individual units? e.g The harridan and gargoyles. The harridan carries up to 4 gargoyles and you can add up to 9 to the swarm but neither unit type share the same speed which means the harridan is always forced to move slower than its actual speed. This seems like a waste of points unless you make the harridan a single unit swarm which in turn makes it more vulnerable to various things. Other combinations do it too - Vituperator and Zoanthrope; Dominatrix and zoanthrope; Any Synapse other than Warriors, adding gaunts to its swarm.... I assume warriors may be specifically designed to synapse gaunts..?

Why are units that clearly are designed to work in unison so mis-matched? Could we unify speeds a little more or has this been discussed already ad-nauseum?

When I add a Hydra to my Infantry Company, it is restricted to their 15cm, it is a mis-match. Guard infantry should therefore move 30cm.
