Each turn, at the end of the end phase after everything else (including regrouping/reorganization), Tyranid army gets d6 spawn points per 500.

These are used to spawn units. Units must be spawned within 5cm of synapse units. Broken synapses (if rules allow that) cannot spawn. Synapse group cannot spawn more than X points, in which X is 2-6 per synapse unit, depending on unit type (for example: 2 for tyranids, thus 3 tyranids could spawn 6 points). This is to prevent single synaptic group to use all the spawn points.

Spawning if enemy is within 30cm of the formation costs double.

Any exceed or non-used spawn points are lost.

Advantages: much less rules and rolls.
Disadvantages: less random.
