sorry bad typo, I missed an 0.
So it should be three haridans (as a swarm) in a 5k game.

I agree that the Harr/Vitup could do with a bit of a point reduction based on the reduction in DC, but I strongly disagree that 350 points is too much for a synapse creature in a 3K army. A Vituperator wtih 8 Raveners and a handful of Gargoyles is an expensive formation, but it is quick and vicious in assault. It's been a while since we played, but I don't recall a game where it didn't shred at least it's own value in enemy formations.
I've been on the receiving end of the "big bug" Nid army repeatedly and it is hard to deal with, even with only 5 or 6 activations.
I think it's more a matter of one-or-the-other. If you have only a couple WE bugs, they can be picked off. You either need to go with many, so the enemy can't deal with them all, or go with one (that you can keep mostly hidden) or none.

@nealhunt Well, you are probably right...But as an eldar and Tau player, I have to admit that the flying WE synapse are very easy targets for the tau ( Hero class cruiser ), and quite easy for the eldar ( scorpions/cobras/ revenants )

Heh. Probably true.
I suspect Eldar v Nids will always be one of those "rock, paper, scissors" situations. I see few ways to allow bugs to deal with skimmers packed with MW and FF specialists without diverging wildly from the background and/or making them an uber-army against forces without those advantages.
Tau (with massed AP fire and plenty of skimmers) will probably be a close second on that issue.
