If you're already going to these lengths, you might as well add another action All-Out Assault that a (non-independent?) formation can choose instead of others. It works automatically (no Initiative roll is needed) but you get a healthy negative modifier (like -2) in assault due to lack of coordination and tactics, just trying to swamp someone with a pile of teeth and claws.

...just an off-the-wall idea.

+2 rally and engage was overpowered. The only time a brood might fail an engage was when it was retaining with BMs. Which other armies can get an automatic, no risk, retain?

If they get disorganised then they should get an additional Blastmarker because thats one of the effects Blastmarkers represent :)
