How about:

Note that Blast markers and broken status do not transfer with Brood creatures reorganized in this manner. A swarm that has Blast markers equal to, or more than, units after reorganization immediately breaks and may not rally until the next End Phase.


This would have had a (potentially big) effect on the game then. The Swarm failed an assault due to BMs that came with the broken Malfactors.
