Also, if a broken synapse group comes under fire and loses some expendable units, I take it that no BMs are generated so there are no additional losses.
A Synapse Swarm that rallies from broken gets the normal number of BMs, so half the number of total units in the swawm.
A broken Synapse Swarm would lose one non-fearless unit for coming under fire, but no extra units unless a non-expendable unit was destroyed.
