It is bigger than the old metal Harridan... but it's definitely a new-style Harridan, not a 'Vituraptor'... It's the same as all FW aircraft, they're in-scale with the infantry instead of in-scale with the Titans... all FW aircraft are somewhat bigger than the SG counterparts.
I have two spare for interesting swaps if you want one.
