I really like it and think it's gonna work.
Just a couple of thoughts ( 2 cents in fact : I'm not an epic expert and don't play nids but fight them ) :
- I'm doubtful too concerning the lone genestealer formation, as I found them more efficient when working in pairs. I would go for two small lictor formations for the same price. Yes they can be killed easily but can really be a pain if both are teleported in the same turn. They can really put a mess in armmies that like to sustain fire.

- I don't think mixing carnies and haruspexes work that well. If you lose an assault, the haruspexes are killed first as carnies are fearless. however, a lot of people like to mix them, so there must be a reason.
