I believe a lot of people think the Ravener should be 30 points for those abilities, essentially, "twice" the value of Hormagaunts.
At 25 points, they are just a little too cheap and completely overshadow Hormagaunts.

This has been exactly how JJ expalined it to us a long time ago, (I do have this right don't I Neal?) and I am sorry but this just doesn't fit the vision I have of Ravaners. |
I can't say if it's the exact wording or not, but that's the gist of it.
