I am wondering how to get the latest army list for Tyranids.  From what I understand the List on the GW Experimental Rules section are way out of date.

Well, it used to be posted in a thread here, but it must have aged off or been wiped during the reorg.

Chernobyl has a copy of
the list on his site - .pdf version.

You can also email Maksim and ask him for a copy in Word, and/or to be included on the mailing list for future updates.
