Thanks Storm. I used a basecoat of blood red, shaded first with a wash of Scab red then an extremely thin wash of Chaos Black. Then I highlighted with blood red and VERY little Blood Reed/Sunburst Yellow mix. This is really the tricky part as reds often tend to go orange when you try to highlight.
