It's that time of year again. The leaves are changing here in New England, people are trying to put pumpkin spice into everything, and Christmas sales for 2022 are just about to start. Time for EpiComp! If you've been looking for an excuse to start or finish some 6mm sci-fi models, here it is. The rules for participating are on the EpiComp Gallery's Rule page, if you have questions please post them here.

The 26th is the entry deadline for this year.

Just keeping this on people's radar. 5+ weeks left to paint.

Deadline is Sunday the 26th. I have entries from four people so far. Would people like an extension? Say, Sunday the 2nd?

I think an extension would be a good idea if entries are a bit low. I would probably push it further back too, so people could still start now and get an entry in. Thanks.

Will tell around about the extension.

But people are timid and others around says the level is too high. I could provide the pictures of a few dozen armies of people i know, painted this year, but neither are mine.

In my case, i am far away from the terrain pieces i painted this year, so i cannot join.

I don't understand that. Entry's free and there aren't prizes. You're submitting entries to inspire others and wave the Epic flag.

I am so inspired Dave by the past entries. And I love the site that you did of all the past years. Ta for that.

I think he means the quality of some of the entries is intimidatingly good.

For myself I pretty much only do commission work now, nothing for myself (painting and 3d modeling), so nothing appropriate to submit even though I hope to see something I've done get submitted one day

Ya, I got that just not the rationale behind it.

I'm pretty sure Warmaster Nice entered stuff he did on commission. I'd just shoot the people an e-mail and let them know.

Hi Dave, I sent four entries in to your Gmail and they are not showing in the competiton, did something go wrong?
