Nice work everyone!

To whoever was in my first heat, the one with the orbital defense battery?! You did an AMAZING job and you had me sweating the entire time!

Great work! I hope to see you again next year ;D

I'd also like to mention that I will be posting new photos of my entry so everyone can see a close-up! I know the photo I entered was a bit tough to see. Glad you all had the faith in me from what you COULD see that it was worthy of winning.

Great stuff Markconz ! I've been telling the "rustics" on TMP and other sites, the about the great DRM, EW, MWG, Onslaught and CinC lines every chance I get ... some are wed to the idea it has to be GW ... "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink." :spin Who needs GW ?! :eh :gah

A Star god that is also a WE choice...the 28mm Deceiver is made ONLY for Epic IMHO...it's a stupid model in a 28mm scale XD too small even for a god shard :{[] :{[]

It looks a bit bigger than a regular 28mm mini? I use the whfb wraith for Nightbringer, it's about warhound sized which I think is right for DC3. Deceiver looks to be slightly bigger?

No, the effect is only due to the stripes; the "human" figure of the Deceiver/Nightbringer is tall like a necron, even like an imperial guard soldiers... like a warhound!

The base is a normal 40mm base, and the model on the base is a 6mm overlord. O0

The Epic Ctans are War Engines, and are Gods, so this kind of "conversion" is better than anything IMHO. It's amazing to use it on the battlefield :D

Hey guys, here are some photos of the Lizardman Ambush diorama.

I want to apologize for the lack of resolution. I'm in between cameras right now, and, on top of that, this particular piece is really really difficult to capture, with any camera, even a $2000 one. So apologies, but I hope this gives you guys at least a little more insight into the actual piece and all it's tiny, little parts :)

I updated the first post, the results are in for best conversion. Congrats Apoc, your Possessed Berserkers won it!

For the best WE, I'm going to run a poll until Friday to break the tie.

Steve is correct! They're War of the Roses Baccus 6mm. I have a TON of them... They're really not too bad. In fact, they're the only "Empire" figures I could find that would go with the Lizardmen.

You bet! They're all Microworld, even the Brachiosaurus popping through the trees with the lizard on his head! Microwrold has an amazing line. I don't know if you can see the shaman, but he's probably one of my favorite 6mm figures of all time. That staff is just amazing! It's a little skull / skeleton on it.

I honestly felt like you guys were owed a real higher res. photo so you could see what you were voting for. The photography is still not ideal, but at least, now, you get an idea. That thing is a NIGHTMARE to capture!
