It is indeed the same titan.
I think this guy is selling it, as the images are different sizes and this one doesn't have the eBay picture symbol in the corner.

This is a titan I started about 6 months ago and never got round to finishing, until I noticed this painting competition a couple of nights ago. Sorry about the dark images but my digital camera is refusing to talk to my computer and so I had to put them on my scanner and scan them in instead.
This is a picture of a Tzeentch warlord titan from the front.
