Hey some cool ideas, I think a few effects may benefit from considering some of the game mechanics and trying to incorporate unit abilities. For example in darkness or low light units with scout ability should not suffer the same effects. What about flyers in high winds blizzards and skimmers in high gravity or low gravity? Good ideas though was fun to read
