Post subject:  suggestion for a new range.
Have you ever thought of making a range for depraved cults and cult armoured warriors.

Maybe a Galactic fringe, Piratical cult based empire that has infighting and each sub cult concentrates on it particular religions beliefs for its fighting machines, weapons and fighting style.

Example
Cult Stimula
- Cult Stimula armoured Sarcophagus with sonic vibro weapons
- cult stimula heavy armoured assault troops with sonic cannons and lash swords
- Cult stimula armoured assault troops - sonic vibro cannons
- cult stimula armoured assault troops - heavy support sonic vibro weapons
then make special vehicle/ tanks for them

Cult Mutatis
- Cult Mutatis - heavy armoured assault trooper with battle scythe

Cult Fury
- Cult Fury - Armoured assault warrior with decapitator axe/ chain axe
and so on.

Thanks for the suggestions a renegade/corrupted faction for the DiD range has been considered and ideas for background a figures have been thought about. At present I have no immediate plans to start this new faction until such plans are more settled and we have time and resources to bring out a basic army all at once.

As for particular cult focus units well that's a whole nother can of IP worms but never say never.

With all the other 6mm Sci-f ranges out there. You could probably find something that would work right now, I'd think ... Off the top of my head ...

I did start working on some 'evil' versions of the Novan IFV's as you can see here. Not sure yet if I'll stick to those, but never say never...

I really wanted to get something that avoided IP, but still was close to what I want. I have seen the DD Gun crabs, etc, and they either do not appeal to me, do not suit the rest of the army I have collected or require more conversion than I want to do.

I finally found a website that stocks GHQ. Thankfully it is in the UK, so none of that horribly expensive US international postage (most of which try and send the parcel via courier - which I can not have done as my letterbox has been vandalized by a neighbour 3 times).

I might have to save up a real lot of AU$$$ and get a 3d printer. Although I do know someone who comes down from up north (about 100 to 120 KM away - 60 to 80 miles for those still living in the past that do not use metric system). He and I could work together to get some miniatures printed off. I could offer him $$, or the printing material he needs to print his own minis.

Either way, until a really good range of minis come out that are comparable to the Onslaught Hellborn fallen sister, vehicles and cult troops, then I will have to rely one using my Sian-Hann and Dark Eldar armies, and continue collecting the other armies I want to get.

For generic cultists you could just use Cybershadows infantry. Robes = eeeviiilll right?

Well they do have cultist in the name! ;)
I'm actually painting some Hellborn right now and super highly recommend them!
