How tall are the Novan Elites Gladiators in the 3mm scale? Are they about the size of a 6mm Terminator? I am ooking for a proxy for both the Spacemarine Centurion for Imperial fists, and for an Obliterator for a variety of Chaos armies including Iron Warriors.

Their weapon mix could be used for both options.

Deb the 3mm gladiators are around 9mm to top of carapace.

That would be a decent size as your terminators are 8mm tall, and Centurions and obliterators are slightly taller than Terminators.
