I like the new engine.

That front still looks too bulky to me, especially the section below the sponson and divers view slit - there are two reasons : one its a big slab target which would be easily penetrated. Two, it sits below the rake of the tracks, meaning it wouldn't be able to climb obstacles higher than its ground clearance.

Otherwise looking great.

@Blip: Lets see what we can do about that without having to fundamentally change the design of the tank.

In the meantime, here some quick shots of the tank without its side sponsons:

Much better engine and side hatches are ideal.

@Blip: Tweaked the front slightly so it's less overweight on that part.

Now model looks brilliant. I hope that in the future there will be version with tank hunter cannon.

@Brother Bethor: Funny you should mention that, I've already been thinking of doing a hull variant that could fit in the existing siege weapons (bunker buster + tank hunter cannons). But that's for a later date.

In the meantime, at MoreDakka's request I've made the turret modular:

We need one of these on the left of the turret roof an armoured gun gasses extractor.

Love all of these but the Scorpion tanks released thus far are much bigger than the pre-existing similar tanks for which they might serve as proxies - of which people may already have many and be reluctant to mix the two. For a beginner with no older models, then these would be ideal. Just a thought...

It is true the scorpions are big but then i'm stuck with the choice made by the original funder backers to have the trojan at a more realistic scale that could possibly get ten big armoured guys inside the vehicle. So there you go not my choice but the communities for the scale change.

This tank is going to be around the same size as many other similar tanks we see here abouts.
