OP updated for V0.41
Added Morale adjustments to Model cost (and discount to the Avatar).
Removed Formation type modifiers. Note that this affects Eldar Titan Weapons as they were valued as Special formation.

OP updated for V0.42
This is a faction where nearly everything was affected, as Eldar use a lot of Skimmers.
The Pathfinders (old Scout) was affected nearly as much as the Ratlings.

Fixed model costs for Farseer on Jet Bike, Forward Observer, and FO on Jet Bike. These still had costs for 0.41 listed.

OP updated for V0.43.
In doing this update, I realized that NetEpic nearly destroyed a very useful formation from 2nd edition. The Falcon Host. Like the Land Raider Company for Space Marines, it was tanks with main guns that could be used to carry troops, but did not have to. Under NetEpic, it became the equivalent to the Rhino Company for Sisters. That is, not really useful for anything other than transporting troops. Thus I've added a couple of (highly optional) formations to the list in the OP. They are:
_ Aggressor Warhost (Company)
This has three detachments. Each detachment has 6 Guardian stands and 6 Peregrine. It has a Break Point of 18 out of 36 models. Morale 3.
_ Peregrine Host (Company)
This has three detachments. Each detachment has 4 Peregrine. It has a Break Point of 6 out of 12 models. Morale 3.
_ Aggressor Detachment (Support)
This is one detachment of 6 Guardian stands and 6 Peregrine. Break Point 6/12, Morale 3.
_ Ulthwe Storm Aggressor (Ulthwe Support)
This is one detachment of 4 Guardian Heavy Weapon stands and 4 Peregrine. Break Point 4/8, Morale 3.
I'm not entirely certain that "Aggressor" is the right word to use for these formations. I mainly used it as a counterpoint to "Defender". If anyone can come up with a better word, please mention it.
