A few things have changed since my last update, but nothing major, the premise is still there. An example of how one of the companies looks now is below:

The points cost formula has been developed by Magnus and the thread about it is here:

The current formula is listed on page 10, but then there are a few additions further on in the topic as we wanted more options for working out transports.

So I made some of those tanks. I used them in a game as Doomsday Arks and I think they make perfectly good proxies:

OK, so I waited three and a half years for Kotrin to send me the Word document, and he never did, so I bit the bullet and converted his 2012 PDF to Word, gave it a bit of a tidy, and added my new units to it.

The only change I made to the existing rules was to make Pariahs a support unit rather than a Special card. Any feedback on that?

Oh - I also changed the rules on allies as well, now that necrons can be allied with other forces in 40K.

I posted in the "Epic Space Marine 40K" group which AFAIK is the biggest Epic community on FB. Anywhere else I should post?

The other FB group I am in is called "Adeptus Titanicus, Epic Armageddon, Epic 40,000, Space Marine". It is mostly about earlier editions, but they try to be open to everything Epic.

I have just uploaded version 3.2: link

Changes in this version:

  • Added the Summoning Core and Seraptek Heavy Construct.
  • Updated the rules on Living Metal so it can be used on models that don’t have a hit location template.
  • New miniature images.
