Thanks to Mattman's work we now have a text version in both word doc and pdf format now available at the Epicenter here:

Are you thinking of playing again sometime in the not too distant future?

@ Primarch & Mattman: do you have any objections to me using this document as a template to write up my Evolution rules? I'd quite like to write up a definitive edition of the rules that covers as much as possible. It would mean that I would retain large paragraphs of the original text.

Obviously I'd share the writing credits... ;)

Not unless I play against myself :D, and that's something I'd rather avoid in all honesty.

I just like to have downloaded versions of the rules to help others with rules questions or issues. A text version will easier for me to skip through to find relevant sections.

Part of why I did the conversion was for people to tweak there own personal versions of the rules and to give us a working document for Platinum.

Cheers Matt. I thought as much but I wanted to check first because this is something I'll be throwing out to the community rather than for tweaking for my own personal use. ;)
