For those that are legally challenged, you can list content all you want. You can even review and summarize rules and content under fair use doctrine (in US at least), you can completely without fear write any game mechanics from anything you want as much as you want because they cannot be subject copyright (only their unique expression can be). What you CAN'T DO is scan and post them without permission.
