I think you made the right choice. Abstract is what this scale needs. About the feathers, could they be a leader symbol. Perhaps on a fire group (5 frogs) level?

Middle shield is my preference.

Liking the helmets, but the headdress alone is nice as well. I can see this being an argument between those peopel who think full helms is the way of the future for everything, and people who like other approaches, smattering of "maybe it's a force field" thrown in for good measure.

As for weapons - Liking the staffs and swords, but maybe some Heavy Weapons might be more gun like? And being so advanced in technology, small in size so that those who prefer shooty guns can use all HW units as their forces?

great stuff! your preview renders are certainly tempting. Though I would have liked more of the bare head designs, and perhaps some shooty poses, these are very nice new additions too. What will be next?

Anyhoo, space frogs are cool but not really my thing, but I'm really looking forward to OTC scout vehicles and the various character packs.

Any news on when the currently-available Stygians hits the EU stores?
