Looks good. Considering the detail loss when bronzing and moulding, might it be worth considering simplifying the head plumage a bit?

:) and there in lies the trick that I'm learning at some cost.

If you want something to show in 6mm, you have to exaggerate the hell out of it, yet simplify it at the same time. So if I want this dude to look like he has a pot-belly, you have to model a big fat gut. Legs and arms have to be widened just to remain structurally sound, guns have to be ridiculously scaled up in order to show, and remain strong, etc. etc...

It's just a 3-fingered shape that reads well at 6mm - I've used them before on the Terran Hybrids. It's easy to make them "grip" things:
