Sigh...
I do hope one of our experts can hook you up. I really am looking forward to those OTC tanks.

So, now I have this pit in my stomach after reading this, and it's worse knowing that I can't really lift a finger to help. I'm looking forward to the OTC tanks and the Sisterhood tanks, and the Grudd, and Frogulans (name pending). To see that none of it may come to pass now sickens me. I wish I was "in the know" in this business.
Perhaps thinking a bit out of the box and trying someone that isn't necessarily into 6mm, but is willing to work with you could be an answer. There are a few people over at the Starship Combat forums that cast their own stuff, and a couple of those have their own shops. Maybe some sort of unholy alliance is in order...

Hi,
How about a price increase - e.g., from $7.50 per pack to at least $10.00? I have always thought you were/are very generous with the amount of items per package. Your prices would still beat the prices charged by GW in the past for their Epic items (and for less product). I think people want what you are producing and would pay more to have it.
Let me know if you need any help communicating with IWM - I have been friends with them for years and for many years I ran the fan-funding project that paid for several hundreds of Battletech miniatures to be sculpted and released. As a side note, I also designed and paid for the entire (to date) Eureka Miniatures 10mm fantasy line. The line has been geared toward filling gaps in 10mm scale fantasy offerings from other sources (evil dwarves, halflings, beastmen, wood elves, an Asian-themed series of releases, an Azrican line (pseudo-Aztec/pseudo-African - themed line, various and sundry other s (including a soon-to-be released serpentmen empire line).
Rob (I really want all of your stuff - especially the Avians, Stygians, humongous command vehicles and the Frogulans)

I really don't want to raise prices - I think my customers pay enough as is - and I'll only raise them if there is no other choice. I'm hopeful that I can find a new caster that can provide the services I need at a reasonable price.
The plain fact is that they make more money from casting larger things. They require less inspection and time when it comes to sorting - I get that. But I also refuse to pay 80% more for less service that results in higher prices to my customers for an inferior product - I won't do it.
I need a caster who specializes in smaller scale items, perhaps with fewer employees and less overhead to cover. In the end I cannot generate the sort of revenue IWM requires from their clients.

Dude, if it goes south make a kickstarter to help dealing with it. I would gladly support your company without even getting miniatures. Thats how good your stuff is. Hope it works out.

I would also contribute. But that's not important because you'll have a decent caster again soon. Right?
