LoL - It's just pewter - I added a black wash to bring out the detail and reduce the shine.

They're 15mm to the top of the head - so a little over twice the height of a man. I'll try to get some pics here soon.

Avian Shaman preview - What do you guys think - should the stand contain multiple shamen, or one with a retinue of body guards?

I'd do a sprue with guards - I'll guarantee you that people who want a command stand won't mind a few spares :-)
