No probs primarch, I will send the original powerpoint that I made it with then you can add and remove slots as required, if it survived the great crash of 2015, the image is a screen shot of a PDF. if not i'll knock up a template.

I might be jumping the gun a little here, but I don't think I fully understand what is happening here. Would a card such as Squiggleamps heresy world eaters be one activation, or multiple activations purchased on one card?
If the latter is true I assume that there would be few, if any, support formations bought separately.

And just to reiterate, awesome work here! Keep it up!

The card I designed a while back would have one activation per detachment, a company would consist of several detachments each unit would be classed as a detachment. However I'm not entirely sure what prom arch has planned. So as with you I await :)

I would see it that though the marines have 6 stands as a detachment or combat platoon (not official) the Orks may have 15 stands. That sheet above is only part of the document more detail is included in the later pages

The below example show what each detachment would consists of. As I said this was my idea but I think Primarch is planning it to be a little more flexible were you by stands in 2s or 3s making a detachment consisting of 2 tanks a few infantry maybe cav, let's see :)

Hi!

I plan to use these organizational charts to balance activation between the different armies and they will clear state what formation(s) will constitute one activate/order.

While some formations may be smaller than the Gold equivalents, the ability to consider multiple models one formations will probably mean a lot more firepower will be packed into one activation. This should lead to a quicker more fluid game.
