This rule caused me a measure of confusion for a while. I haven't looked all that closely at the various Titans and Praetorians, but there don't seem to be all that many that actually have a hull location. This was very confusing.

If you don't end up changing the rules for this, then it needs to be clarified that the rule is referring to a particular hit location and I would recommend the damage tables for each praetorian/titan label the location that is meant to be default.

First we have to decide exactly how the rules are supposed to be working however.
