...how EXACTLY do you find the area you hit a titan. I know it says to use scatter dice, but how

I think it should say "aiming dice" instead of scatter dice. The aiming dice are not probably available anymore but two regular d6s will do. Just take two numbers that are on the opposite sides of the die and label them as "left" and "right" in one d6 and "up" and "down" in another (i.e. write on a piece of paper that on the red die 1 is left, 6 is right and on the blue one 1 is up and 6 is down).

Then, for each hit choose a point at the hit location template, roll the two dice together and move the hit location to a square corresponding to the dice. For example, one of the dice comes up as "left" while other comes up as "down". The final location of the hit will be in a square which is one square down and left from the one you chose. If both of the dice come up as "blank" the location does not move. If the hit scatters off the template it has no effect. Simple, eh?  :;):

Hi!

Mojarn is correct. The term scatter is confusing and aiming dice is better.

Each 6 sided die has 4 blank spaces and two with either left and right, up and down. Roll together. "Blank spaces" mean no shift in the template, so two of them means no scatter. One left or right, one up or down, scatters in the indicated direction.

If it scatters off the template it counts as a miss.
