Hi,

a quick question: does the Regeneration ability for Trolls & Bloodletters work when they're killed in close combat by a standard attack (not an ethereal one) ?

Regeneration from Rulebook says page 37:
"When a regenerating unit fails an Armour Save, turn the model on its side and treat it as dead."

As close combat does not allow any Armour Save...

But I'm not sure that the description of Regeneration special ability sticks to Trolls & Bloodletters as it says "Keep track of how many wounds it has suffered" but thoses units don't have any wound.

They, like all models & stands that do not specify, have one Wound. See the entry for Hit Points on page 48 and Multiple Wounds on page 50. Note also that such a model would take 1 "Wound" per point it lost the CC by, and would thus have to Regenerate all of them to survive. Seeing as that could be highly unlikely, I see no reason why Regeneration would not affect CC damage.
