Would love to help with Marines.

I don't think this project should entail any wholesale changes to rules but think there might be some suitable tweaks.

I agree with Scream about fliers and think that they should be able to pin other fliers. This would make dogfights more of a tactical option.

Cybershadow has contacted me and I have put forward the addition of 3 additional subforums to the Net Epic section:

1. Net Epic Core rules: Discussion of the core rules
2. Net Epic Army lists: Discussion of all army lists (specific threads will concentrate on specific armies).
3. Net Epic Alternate rules: Discussion of all add-on rules, systems, new units, etc.

Once these are up we will begin.

I really don't know what to do with Necrons. They have no minis or suitable proxies so far.

That's not entirely true, there are good proxies for several infantry types, and you can scratch build and convert a lot of other models.

I have about 8,000 points of Epic Necrons and would be very disappointed to be left behind! I'd be willing to handle editorial duties for the Necrons, even if its just a "mini" list glommed in with the minor races.

Hi! This is just a status post. As you have probably noticed I don't interject much in the ongoing threads. That is my usual policy to let those interested in that topic to discuss and come to accords before I intervene. Have those whom chose to oversee a particular list are doing the editing offline to later present or are we in the "hash out points to discuss" phase still? I will be sitting down soon to review the core rules, so if there is anything to add there please do so. Primarch
