Orks Landas are standard transport, no special rules about what can be put inside so, only* infantry can be placed inside.
According the transport section in Gold Rules (page 27), artillery can only be towed by a vehicle with this ability.
Note*: If you use the optional rule for transporting walkers, you could transport walker but they take the place of 2 infantry stands.
