I have a friend in prison who I can send net-epic rules to, and who I can send pieces of paper that he can chop up and turn into chits. So I have put together a number of pages of "cards" for him. Having never actually played net-epic, I do not know what all pieces I need to make so he has some good options. I will probably make these available somewhere after I have a complete set so that anyone wanting to try net_epic without needing to spend a fortune to try it to see if they like it can do so.

Wow, your a great friend to go through all the trouble to put this together for someone locked up. Suppose they will have lots of time to play at least

Although your units are somewhat generic (I am not sure if they are Net-Epic units since I don't paly that version) you probably should post this in the net-epic sub forum for a better response to your question(s)

Overall I think having something like this would be useful to draw others into playing without having to first aquire (and paint) the minis.

My images are made from individual w40k pieces that various folks have painted, which I threw together through various php scripts. So virtually any image that I can have permission to use can be turned into one of these cards. So, if someone has suggestions of what I need to add, you can also offer info about the images I can use... If someone has another race of w40k pieces they are willing to take photos of, that also works.

Otherwise, I am planning to change things around just enough so that the Orks and SM do not share a common page. (so the races can be downloaded individually)

What I have done for now is to make two PDF files, one of Orks and one of Space Marines, so you can print off one army or the other. They are currently still hosted on my personal home computer: http://tyounglightsys.dyndns.org/net_epic/ but should be moved somewhere else that has better bandwidth. My "server" is on a dynamic IP, and I down it every once in a while when I play online games with friends. So it is hit or miss if anyone can grab the files.

Anyone know of a good place that would host them?

I will probably come out with a version #2 later on after my brother has played the game and asked for a ton more pieces. Knowing him, he will have some good thoughts on what more to add. So any place that would host them should be one that would accept an updated version in 5 months or so.
