I can't seem to find a working download of the NetEpic rulebook anywhere on the internet??

I tried downloading it from netepic.org, but it freezes every time it gets to around 4mb.....I've tried downloading other pdf's from other sites and they work fine, so I'm not sure if it's just my laptop refusing to play ball

If anyone has a link to another download, or could email me the rulebook in pdf format, could you let me know on here, many thanks!!
